Nail & Beauty Bar scoop top prizes at national awards

Nail and Beauty Bar, based in Donaghmede Shopping Centre was the toast of Irish National Nail Championship 2009 held in the RDS on Sunday and Monday October 4th and 5th, as staff of the North Dublin store won 7 national honours.  The competition in its 8th year, held by Professional Beauty Ireland, was hotly contested by nail technicians from the four corners of Ireland.

The winners of the awards from Nail and Beauty, Donaghmede included Paula Hayes, 1st place in the prestigious ‘Everyday Nails’ category. There were also national awards for Maria Bonner, 1st Place Novice, Jenny Hyland 2nd place in Everyday Nails and Darragh Madden scooped three awards, including 1st in Tip & Overlay category, 3rd in Everyday Nails and 3rd in the ‘Nail Technician of the Year’ category.
